Plain Black tea

You can take lain black tea which contains no additives, such as milk, sugar, lemon, etc. You just need to boil 220 ml of water in a saucepan to 100°C and then remove the pan from the flame. Put the water in a teapot and add two grams of black tea in it. Steep the tea for 3 to 5 minutes and then strain it to drink.

Black tea with ginger

In case, you want to take the benefit of ginger then you must opt for black tea with ginger. This type of black tea for diarrhea and vomiting is also good. You can prepare this also in the same manner by taking 220ml of water in a saucepan and boil it to 100°C and then remove it from the burner. Now, put the water in teapot add some grated ginger and 2 grams of black tea. Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes and then strain the tea. You can add honey if you want to or you can drink it just like that.

Black Tea with Lemon

In diarrhea, you can also make black tea with lemon. For this too you need to boil the water to 100°C and then turn off the burner. After this, you can put the tea in the teapot and add 2gm of black tea leaves. You can add lemon later while drinking the tea or you can put a slice of lemon with the black tea in the teapot and let the tea steep.

As of now, you must have understood that black tea for diarrhea is a good remedy. You can take it but make sure you do not take more than one cup of tea. Also, you are advised to try decaffeinated black tea or low caffeine black tea available in the market as it contains a low level of caffeine. This way you will be free from the side effects of this stimulant.
