A temperature of 75-80°C (167-176°F) is quite good and so when you boil the water in the saucepan for tea, then let it boil not more than 80°C just like you do in green tea too. Once the water gets boiled, it is time to remove it from the flame and put it in a kettle.

Now, put the leaves of yellow tea in the kettle and cover it with lid. Let the leaves steep for three minutes and then strain the leaves and drink the tea.
